Group Registration

Contact us (zwconference@gmail.com) to ask about our Group Rates. We’ll provide direction on how to register and generate an invoice.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. That said, all sponsors and attendees receive the Conference Directory which lists all registrants that did not opt-out on registration. So if you do not want your email address shared, be sure to opt-out during registration.

Refunds

Registrants may request a refund through Humanitix less the 3.9% booking fee up until 14 days before the conference. Email zwconference@gmail.com with refund questions.

Platform, Slides and Recording

We are using Zoom for the entire conference. Keynote and plenary presentations will be recorded and will be available for on-demand playback by registrants.
